The TL;DR: I have Polycystic Kidney Disease for a long time. This year, I was pregnant and gave birth prematurely. And while dealing with the baby's NICU stay, a nephro told me I will need a kidney transplant in 4 years. +

One other odd quirk of this scam and what I believe proves it's a scam - lovetogod82's gogetfunding post, at the time I captured it looked like the image in the left. I recently went back to look at it again and it's now the image on the right. "Francys" is apparently dead, so what gives here?
