Lots of fly agaric fungi fruiting bodies in our local woods last weekend. This seems quite early for them but could have been prompted by an exceptionally dry spring and summer followed by a short spell of rain making them think it's now or never, perhaps?

I buried my laptop in a hole in the woods - and it fruited. A mole used the battery to jump start the mycelial network and its kids hotspotted the flyagarics to download acorn metal from the badgers. Each springtime I return to harvest the Doomsday Bluebells
