We applied RegEvol to Drosophila, because from coding sequences we expect a high % of positive selection, and there is a very large dataset of high quality ChIPseq peaks.
5.1% of peaks are inferred to have evolved under positive selection in D. melanogaster since the divergence with D. simulans.
