I was a gym-or-long-bikeride 5x/week guy for 30 years and then I turned 45 and became completely inactive and have remained completely inactive for the last two years. Everything, no matter how Gentle, became instantly and utterly exhausting and nothing makes it more bearable.

Waking up the next day i feel super happy and energized. I gathered enough water for a bath, sure it was cold and i didn´t have much privacy except some bushes, but i don´t care. After i finished and dressed myself i had my last fish and took a bikeride to explore the area a bit more.
