I was originally planning to use the portraits from the original #Aliens game - I had my eye on the CPC versions. However, I thought I would create more work for myself (why do I keep doing this!!) and create my own. #WIP portraits in glorious 64 by 64. #asesprite #gameart #indiedev #pixelArt

Working on making the house feel more like a home lol. Made some custom floor and wall tiles for the kitchen. Gonna probably redo the Parallax lighting too.

Yeah I access Asesprite outside of Steam at least and have RMMV and MZ licenses outside of it. Which is almost enough but there are some tools I need to get better access to

I never heard of graphicsgale. How do you like it. I use Asesprite right now, but it's always good to have an open mind to other programs.

Often a big pixel project is overwhelming for me, so I have to break it down into little pieces and do some basic studies. Trying different shapes, sizes and color palettes and so on. 🪨

Yeah I use asesprite for making the actual pixelart. Mainly just the UV unwrapping & making the hair that I’m struggle with. If you stream your process sometime I’ll deff pop in cus I have no idea how to improve 😭 I legit just project from view for most of the UV unwrapping for the texel density lol

- I would like to be able to drag-and-drop images onto the application window to import sprite frames.
- Asesprite support?
- Sprite frame trimming
- Would be nice if I could edit the info for multiple keyframes at once in an animation...
- Scroll wheel zoom
