#LymeDiseaseAwarenessMonth is over but for those of us affected by this awful disease it carries on. But to start June I’m posting a picture of my attempt at a tick-aware wild flower garden. Mowed near the paths so no-one has to brush past the vegetation. Loving the crazy tall daisies. #TickAware

Today I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease.😔
I was bitten by 4 ticks 30 days ago & had a red rash come up around one of the bites, that soon started spreading...

Now we know how variable a disease Lyme is, we now know it’s no longer about being #TickAware but about being aware if the symptoms, especially if you’re an outdoor type. Fatigue is key to this. Whether you think you’ve been bitten or not, if you are unexpectedly fatigued, asked to be tested for LD.
