I had a horrific panic attack today. One of the worst in months or maybe even years. I thought I’d like to just explain what it feels like to normalize it for everybody else out there who suffers for anxiety, depression or similar.

Be kind to each other
Another pair of beautiful #birds thank you Brian for sharing :-)
Bearded Tit pair on the grit tray at Leighton Moss in Lancashire. #birds
Absolutely beautiful #birds thank you Hugh for sharing 👏🏻
One of two Northern Long-tailed Tits on the island of Yell, Shetland early this morning. It was like watching excited golf balls with wings and I'm not sure there is a word that can justify their beauty.

I've been working with the team to save little Storm all week in the background.

Wasn't confident enough to share him until today.

What a little fighter he is ❤️

I don’t know about you but I’ve seen lots of fungi this week, shall we have a #WildFungiHour tomorrow for #WildFlowerHour & celebrate all those wonderful diverse grasslands that ‘flower’ in the autumn too! All the wild blooms that you’ve spotted in the last week are welcome too of course! See ALT ⬇️

I chucked a few apples out last night so #birds #wildlife had breakfast on these frost my mornings.

Looked out kitchen window to my delight a male #Blackcap enjoying one of the #apples.

#Blackbirds #jackdaws #Robin #Pheasant #Vole #badger all enjoy fruit.

Go on, stick an apple on a branch 💚

I spotted him out of the corner of my eye last night.

While the team operated on 5 dogs today and saved several lives this was the one that felt super gratifying to me! Instant change in his quality of life!
Throwback to 1st June 2018 in my old garden. Mama & her 2 cubs. I squealed with delight seeing them forage in long grass for scattered peanuts. I miss them but know they are safe & monitored. 🖤🩶🤍 #badger

A further 18 wildcats have been released into the Cairngorms this year 🐾

That brings the total to 46 released by Saving Wildcats, led by the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, since 2023.

This is a huge step towards restoring this species to our landscapes ➡️ savingwildcats.org.uk/2025releases 🌄
This is such a heart warming story 🙏🏻🐾🐾#dog
