The Mathematical Genesis-Integration Principle (mGIP): A Multilayer Alignment Framework beyond the Free Energy Principle
Despite the success of the Free Energy Principle (FEP) in modeling adaptive inference, it remains unclear how open systems sustain coherence while continuously generating novelty. This paper…

Compassionate Boundary Modeling: Stress Testing Ethical Integrity in AI Systems
Compassionate  Boundary Modeling (CBM) is a diagnostic framework for evaluating the ethical behavior of AI systems under normative tension. Rather than scoring correctness or compliance, CBM reveals h...

New preprint on TechRxiv:
Moral Fingerprinting for AI Systems – A Persistent Framework for Ethical Drift Detection and Alignment Logging

A system might start avoiding certain topics or framing issues in a new way. (GPT 5 is a good example)
Moral Fingerprinting for AI Systems: A Persistent Framework for Ethical Drift Detection and Alignment Logging
This paper introduces a framework for moral fingerprinting in AI systems: a method to encode and log a model's ethical behavior over time. Unlike approaches that rely solely on pre-training alignment ...

Update: TechRxiv finally responded minutes after I posted this by... sending a rejection for ORCID privacy settings, and lacking an affiliation. Neither of these are listed on the submissions guidelines page they direct me to in their response.

I shared some of my findings recently.

r/MachineLearning: mostly constructive feedback
HackerNews: this guy sucks
TechRxiv: we’re backed by IEEE, and ghost people who ask for status updates after we miss our self-imposed deadlines.

Glad I burned billable hours to work on this

TechRxiv is ghosting me, so here's my paper:

I fixed neural arithmetic. Division works. Extrapolation works. 10^-16 error.

Turns out: training distribution matters, complex numbers > log space, and those NALU weights were calculable all along.

I'm still waiting for #TechRxiv review - #IEEE support told me somebody would review it by yesterday.

Starting to think I should release this work without a DOI - the code, website, and paper are all beginning to gather dust.

It's also interesting that the @IEEEorg #techRxiv banner is truncated by default so it cuts off the warning that says the preprints shouldn't be used by media. You have to click on the banner to get it to expand the TINY bit to read that part...
