So if you need a screenshot with subtitles you can just use something like ShareX to capture the internal area of the player, otherwise you get clean images without even if up have them on (very useful for me because I only use subtitles to compensate for my hearing)

btw, if you have ShareX and a Stream Deck, you can get Stream Deck buttons to get ShareX to start a screenshot or region capture! That's how I do my screenshots without switching input devices haha

For images you can either handwrite the kanji into a dictionary app or you can use OCR… google lens or sharex are good for OCR… also i recommend NOT studying kanji on their own beyond the most basic level, instead, just focus on learning tons of vocab and you will absorb kanji naturally that way

fwiw this isn't 100% the same thing. I usually put my screenshots on imgur via sharex and I had to change it because imgur blocked UK traffic, presumably to try and get out of or minimize the fine. according to this I think imgur had *zero* age verification at all
