We’re pretty proud of our #PortlandInternationalAirport in #PortlandOregonUSA, but our train station leaves a lot to be desired. To be fair, our entire US national #RailSystem sucks dog turds. Perhaps we’ll one day benefit from rational leadership in the US.

Those 6 months you refer to are the period that the Riedbahn between Frankfurt and Mannheim is closed for maintanance since july. Most of the work is done by half December. Comparable works throughout the country will make the long distance railsystem much more reliable by 2030.
