In May 2025 Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie used his planning minister powers to refuse the Moonlight Range Wind Farm. It's now been revealed the community concern aspect of his decision was based on fabricated submissions. At best it's ministerial incompetence. At worst it's one for the CCC. #qldpol

The Queensland Nationals did two exemplary things for Australia. One was the implementation of the Fitzgerald Inquiry under Qld Premier Mike Ahern "lock, stock & barrel". The other was sensible gun ownership under Qld Premier Rob Borbidge.

We couldn't prove anything until Mr Fitzgerald began his commission but 50 years ago the ancestors of the current Queensland government had the state riddled with corruption. So it's no surprise that the Hillbilly Dictator is still making front page news in 2025. #qldpol

Suggest the Queensland parliament suspend blame here & discuss sensibly the solutions. How can our state reduce the two biggest crimes in the ABS dataset; DV & sexual assault? What preventative measures can our state take? It's a house of debate not blame. #qldpol
Queenslanders have said there's less police presence on our roads. Data backs that up. Officers are stretched. Prior to the election the Commissioner said they were attending large volumes of DV cases. Crisafulli has them on youth crime now as well. #qldpol

It's now 8 Nov. There's nothing at the ABC Elections webpage about it.
