The website I use to book Paratranspo (@octranspo.com's bus/taxi service for those who may have difficulties using the regular bus service) needs me to complete the CAPTCHA to login and man are they getting harder. My low vision and hard of hearing are struggling to keep up. 😭

Congratulations to Kyle Humphrey for winning the first-ever Accessible Ottawa Award. Kyle is an incredible advocate for Paratranspo riders and people with disabilities all across our city. He is also famous for crowd surfing in his wheelchair at Bluesfest and at shows all over Ottawa.
