He’s very pragmatic, not prone to wild changes or impulses. He’s very practiced and measured in the way he speaks with press, but can get animated on the sidelines. Also willing to lean in to whatever the strength of the team is, even if it’s not “beautiful soccer”. Cares more about the win.

He seems highly thought of. Coached at #ManUnited before. Only 34. Took #MinnesotaUnitedFC to the MLS 🇺🇸 play offs this season. My only gripe. Hes only managed over there. Very in experienced
