It’s called “Watch Your Language” by Theodore Bernstein he was an assistant managing editor of the New York Times. I’m assuming there’s a reason he wasn’t any higher up.. like his Bay of Pigs column. It seems he spent a lot of time teaching others how to slip by the censors they were subjected to.
