By the way - since that conversation took place I gained even more respect for pro clowns. Whenever people say "you're a clown" online I thank them.

I actually had a conversation about this with someone online awhile ago. I think the gist of it was that artists are clowns - they entertain. Politics is a serious business...or maybe used to be.

The whole "Dennis Wilson losing voice in a bar fight" appears to be an exaggeration. That's not to say he avoided bar fights either. He was just on a roll of self-destruction.

Being upset at the structure of the playoffs is correct. Being upset at teams making decisions based on that structure is incorrect.
This Eagles-Bears situation is another example of how expanding to 7 teams per conference has made things worse.
The difference between the 2/3 seeds would be massive with a bye at stake. Instead, Eagles don’t care.
