FWIW, I don't know anything about Mr. Zipp either; the song comes from one of the Dr. Demento Basement Tapes, and though he sent along a stapled-together-at-the-top-like-a-handout set of liners, the only thing I remember about Mr. Zipp is that they were apparently conservative/Republicans.
