Any republican who still supports the Orange CrimeFest after the fiasco of #47 & his Creatures from the Black Lagoon magaturds...is terminally blind & clearly unable to think for themselves. Likely seriously addicted to alcohol & other brain-damaging drugs too.
And we can't rule out borderline pd.

I'm dotty about this! HUGE thanks to Crimefest Bristol for this beautiful commemoration of delivering closing remarks at the last event in May *sigh* (Apologies it's taken me this long to slap on a bit of lippy and talk Husband into taking a pic!) @crimewriterscanada.bsky.social

Crime in DC is the worst ever ??? #DozzzingDonny has a limited understanding of US history.
In 1814 a gang of immigrants set the White House on fire, forcing FLOTUS to flee with documents and paintings.
Jan 6, 2021 is the second worst crime day; Trump seems to have forgotten about that crimefest.

Looks like the crime numbers will be next, just whatever is needed to claim that some Dem mayor they're feuding with is hosting a crimefest on purpose.

📕Strange Tricks by Syd Moore 📕
This is a new author to me, I received the book as part of the goody bag at CrimeFest Bristol 2025. Certainly not my usual genre either but nothing ventured, nothing gained. A recommended read.

Comparison is the thief of creativity. Wise words, Nadine. Was it already 8 years ago we met at CrimeFest? It never gets any easier.

Not many but I have read some early proofs too, which will make their appearance gradually. Some cover reveals, a giveaway, beta reads & attended Crimefest Bristol, not to mention non-bookish life getting in the way too!

Another glorious memory from Crimefest: dinner with the wonderful Maxim Jakubowski, Paul Burke and the lovely Bedford Square team. Sorry for the poor quality pics--blame my decrepit camera. Hard to believe this was the first conversation I've had with Maxim--it feels like we're old friends!
