사람을 쉽게 구조할 수 있다며 정부가 억대의 돈을 들여 튜브 발사장치를 전국에 설치했는데요.
2년 넘게 제대로 이용이 되질 않고 방치되다 일부 지자체에서는 철거를 하고 있습니다.
왜 그런지 실제로 발사를 해보니, 이용을 하지 않는 이유가 있었습니다.
