In remarks to U.S. soldiers at a base in Qatar, Trump says he “won three elections. Some want us to do a fourth.” He also called the Biden Administration “grossly incompetent. Evil. Really evil. Bad people.” He says the damage the Biden presidency did to the country was “unimaginable.”
