I don't think I was a prolific enough poster to ever hit the "follow back" attention level from most of the early crew, but eh, I'll take my gentle, small-scale engagement over some of the insane drama and discourse any day.

As a Scout leader, this is an important point. We believe in and work toward the ideals the flag represents and we treat it with reverence because of that, not because of what the awful folks co-opting it are trying to do.

I spent a significant chunk of 98-99 inventorying systems, writing and deploying patches across an entire district, and generally hardening everything against the potential impact of Y2K. It was a ton of hard work and we succeeded.

For reals, I would love to try my hand at digital flatting. I have vector art experience and tools, and love the zen of defining shapes against existing sketches, photos, and other art.
