The mismanagement issues have been known for years and yet nothing ever changes. As @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social addresses the housing crisis in NYC animal welfare must be part of the solution. Many of these dogs are there because owners lost homes, were kicked out by landlords or were abandoned.
