As an American living in the UK I can confirm that universal healthcare is a success. And a joy. And it should be the bare minimum in every so-called First World country - even more so the wealthiest country on earth.

I do think we have now reached that tipping point where to still be clinging on to the Brexit wreckage makes you look ideologically insane, pathologically ignorant or corrupt.
