Album of the year goes to an incredible band from Montreal called The Damn Truth and their third sole self-titled album. Think The Raspberries mixed in with The Babys, followed by Janis Joplin, the NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal) movement, ZZ Top, and Boston rolled into one.

Will someone tell me after the final world premiere from The Game Awards this year, what the fuck is Highguard? What in god's green earth is that? That is an odd fucking title. No little sneak peek of Judas, no announcement of BioShock, no Titanfall 3? But High-fucking-guard? What the fuck is this?
