I live in CA now and I have had to work my way up to habanero. I make my arroz con gandules/picadillo/etc with El Pato now (Mexican jalapeño-infused tomato sauce) cause my wife's Mexican. My daughter can handle almost as much spice as I can and she's 2.5yo lol
