Scientists have been publishing climate models since ~1970.
A good way to evaluate their skill is to compare what they expected to happen in the years after the model was published to observed climate changes.

Kanadski gozdovi so v zadnjih letih nenadoma postali izjemen vir emisij CO2, skoraj izkljucno zaradi obseznih pozarov. Te so v letu 2023 predstavljale skoraj 3% svetovnih emisij.
Holy shite! I guess we expected it (2023 was a record wildfire year in Canada), but wow - the latest National GHG Inventory is out and it's wild to see how Canada's Managed Forests became an EXPONENTIALLY larger net source of CO2 in 2023:

Kanadski gozdovi so v zadnjih letih nenadoma postali izjemen vir emisij CO2, skoraj izkljucno zaradi obseznih pozarov. Te so v letu 2023 predstavljale skoraj 3% svetovnih emisij.
Zaenkrat niti ni jasno, ali obramba proti toci deluje (dokazov ni nikakrsnih), se manj, kako obsezna bi morala biti.
Jasno pa je, da temperaturna razlika med jutrom in popoldnevom ne doloca vertikalnih gibanj in ni glavni faktor za nastanek toce.
