I've even seen the term "highly processed" thrown around, but again, what does this mean? Twice milled chocolate? White rice crackers (the rice is de-hulled, then milled to flour)?
All very well to say brown is better,but it actually has nothing to do with how processed it is (it's still processed!)

Paturisation, de-hulling, milling; even mixing ingredients together to cook or bake is processing.
Focusing critisism on "processed" foods is completly misdirected, and is frankly a cop-out from explaining proper causation of certain foods.
