And with the new Virus unit, that’s 1 Tier 4 monster per Faction. These ones are pretty challenging, I gotta say. They have to have enough of a splash to make the expensive Tier Up worth it!

Also: Flem Mine explosion wasn’t working. Fixed!

The Flem Mine is IN. It takes a while to charge up, now, and if you press USE on it at any time (I do it a few times here), it will drop its target and reaquire, giving you a chance to time things. To aid this, a targeting graphic now appears on whatever the Flem Mine has targeted.🧵

Hit the hardest monster to code so far (or maybe just made the most goofy mistakes?): The Wendigo.

It has two abilities: One where it sets up icy barriers that only wendigos can shoot through, and another where it summons a blizzard. I’m very happy with the blizzard effect, and it took enough work!

All six Tier 4 Faction Abilities are complete! Here’s the Chex Quest Ability, Flembominate. It consumes Goop Mass (the currency you use to Tier up) to create a unique and dangerous artillery unit (something Chex Quest lacks)!

Agent Ash to the rescue, again. A one way portal, not traversable by players, which places monsters within a radius of the destination point. For flanking maneuvers, or emptying your garrison into an enemy base. You can only have one, but it’ll ruin a fortification so, ya know, fair.
