The youths were told to stop being so loud over Gaza. We were told there's nothing Joe Biden could do about student debt. We're staring down the barrel of a conservative supreme Court for the next 20 years. Is it really nihilism if there's a limited (peaceful) path towards change?

No Kings is a watered down protest. It's a bunch of (mostly) older folks with signs on a street corner or on a permitted march through town. It's a bit cringe. It's very in-sync with local Dem groups and institutional power. Does it bring people a feeling of solidarity? Maybe! Does it change things?
