There was a scary thing looming overhead where it may have been necessary to force all players to start over when new Acts come out like in some Early Access games.

(That's unacceptable. So we spent Saturday to figuring out how to dynamically migrate the old save data.)

We want strats based around setting up future turns to be wild because switching out and attacking on the same turn is a key gameplay pillar that makes BGP so fast-paced and fun.

In this game, every pony having a Status move on them at all times makes me want to make sure they all feel almost OP and worthwhile to have. We'll see if we end up having to scale them back.

Definitely could've done a better job explaining it in-game beyond seemingly random Town NPC dialogues and cryptic location hints from the outdoor shopkeeper. 🤔

It's flown under the radar for so long because it doesn't affect gameplay and gets out-prioritized by other issues all the time. Players probably don't even detect something's wrong, like it's meant to look like that...

(But it bothers ME!)
