This is Sandy Pichuzaki's projectile move (by inputting 236+punch (when facing right; also remember that this uses the numpad notation!)) if she was in a fighting game.

Oh yeah, I actually made stuff for #SRB2Kart before Ring Racers.
Pichu here is now backported from Ring Racers along with Pikachu, but I'm 100% sure Pichu was already there from the start (albeit with different sprites) along with Emolga and Oshawott.

Made this art in March 2024, but wasn't released until now. Before that, this was the piece of art I used in two of my Ring Racers montages (kart fields 3 and the ring race 2: kart fields 4ever) when Nikko Pichuzaki the Pichu falls into the pit or gets flung into the sky.
Self-Propelled Bomb says "REEEEEEEE" when he approaches Pichuzaki, which he utters "BLOWS UP?!" upon seeing SPB as a reference to Karts R Us and Sonic Adventure 2.
