Can't take any credit on the schweinshaxe, was from Lidl. Was Alpine theme a few weeks back. Seemed to ge properly smoked though and was very tasty.

Fingers crossed for you. Nowhere in Britain seems to have it in stock so assume it's q distro issue. Do you know if it's actually released in US yet?
