And with that…I’ve cleared Silent Hill f’s final ending.
I loved this.
Despite being a radically different title on the surface, this is a game that GETS Silent Hill both narratively and mechanically, and delivers on that while maintaining its fresh voice.
With one of the series’ best stories yet

Structurally, this game takes even more cues from Radiant Dawn. Exploring the fallout of the first game's conflict, first through a group of new heroes then slowly transitioning to the old gang trying to protect this fragile peace from a new threat.
Helped along by new lead Aria being a delight.

I was on Hard mode and it was truly insane.
For context, THIS is what my Aria looks like and she still had to eat a Violent Seed to do more than a scratch to him.

Most AAA games nowadays would be too cowadly to have UI this unapologetically gamey.

Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc goes incredibly hard.
I suspect those who’ve read the manga will be able to give a more thoughtful look at this movie as an animation.
But for me, this was incredibly stylish watch. Raw, violent, horny, thoughtful and a gut punch in all the ways you’d expect after Season 1.

This was Elincia’s Gambit from Radiant Dawn but on crack and with no option to cheese it with Harr.
Even as someone with…decent FE experience, I had to save scum a fair bit to clear this with no deaths on Hard Mode.
