Asset prices - in sport and elsewhere - inflated beyond all recognition not just because of direct Saudi investment but a number of other big time investors who are following their lead.

Starting to think that the reason there's no detail about the "$600 million" is that nobody has got that far yet (email from March 2024)

Historical beer stuff could be a niche but a tiny one, esp in Australia. General beer stuff has basically no audience. Way easier to find an audience for sicko rugby league gear. A lot more people want to know why a team is bad than hear about Norwegian farmhouse yeast strains.

If the French want to remain involved, it's important that they hold on to New Caledonia so as to qualify for a Pacific Championship/Bowl/Plate/Vase.

Wane looks to be done. He'll blame the lack of competition (if only some org could do something about it 🤔) but dude needs to watch some NRL. Beat the teams he could, lost the games that mattered.
