When we restore nature, nature restores us. 🌍
BREAKING: #COP30 ends without a deal to transition away from fossil fuels, halt deforestation, or secure a nature package.

Modest steps fall far short of what’s needed after a year above 1.5°C.

The work is more urgent than ever – and it must be delivered.

We agree! Countries MUST press forward with greater urgency at COP30.

We need the UK to work with Brazil and others to secure a plan to end deforestation.

#COP30 must be remembered as the forest COP, so we expect the UK to back up its words with actions.

Over five years after the bushfires swept across much of Australia.

Thanks to support from the public, WWF-Australia was able to jump into action and help fund emergency #wildlife responses.

But the work didn’t stop there. Together, they’ve helped replant forests and restore habitats. 💚

#COP30 is our chance to turn things around.

Overshooting 1.5°C of global warming is now 'inevitable'. Yet fossil fuel emissions keep increasing. 🔥

We have the solutions, and they WORK. It's time we stop delaying climate action.

~60% of the Bornean elephant’s forest habitat has been lost in the past 40yrs, mainly due to logging & conversion to palm oil plantations.
