The DOJ assigned the pipe bomber case to Jocelyn Ballantine. Ya know, the person who manifested several legal contortions to help get the case against Michael Flynn thrown out in 2020.
I'm sure everything about this bomber will be on the up and up.

Because the Dem strategist/pundits being listened to are the ones advocating throwing trans folks under the bus and telling candidates not to tie everything to Trump.
I don’t understand how Susan Collins’s votes to confirm RFK Jr. and Kavanaugh won’t sink her the most if Democrats hammer on it. Make an entire ad called “Lazy Susan” and talk about how her refusal to stand up to Trump has undermined public health, allowed ICE abuses, and cost Mainers re: Canada.
