in November 2020 and forced the board chair to agendize his update of 41.18, which has a racist history in anti-vagrancy laws. Michael Kohlhass (a pseudonym) recorded that melt-down of a meeting and put it on YouTube. After getting some helpful motions passed that meeting, I quit two months later.

Unknown to him, apparently, is that 41.18 is dehumanizing and violent, and it places the onus on humans to fix their circumstance of houselessness. The problems are structural and systemic. Blumenfield sorely abused his relationship with the WHWCNC when he bypassed the Homelessness Committee ....
