We moved into a house (in greater Baltimore) that already had one on a winter/summer HVAC switch and I regret to inform it helps (as long as you keep mold out of it).

My 1st and only Unfun Auntie Assignment, as former gamedev player of games and watcher of tubes, was explaining no roblox on my watch in parent accessible terms and in 8yo terms. Happily reporting the online basement goblin godchild made it to adulthood OK & I'm taking a little credit for that bit.
