I made these roasted sprouts mild, no chile flakes, only a little hot honey, plenty of fresh ground black pepper, only 3 cloves garlic & then thick balsamic. They were really tasty. But I’m already yearning for another batch with full on fire.

This is an excellent tour! Lots of very interesting (in a good way!!) people and a good sense of what was going on in the communities at the time. And explore some alleys & go by some businesses you’ll probably want to explore later.

My nephews have sent me a whole 2 requests for Xmas. So they’re getting them. One is a hs senior, other home between undergrad and grad school, so in the practical or $$ phase.

Ivy really did take under Loki’s wing. She’s got her own weirdness, but she’s taken on his lörg waterbottleness cuddler role in the years since his passing. She’s a lap cat despite her touch hypersensitivity. (But I can make her purr just talking to her.)
