The weather mostly behaved for my walk to the HSO. The crowd fascinates me: students in sweats taking a study break to people fancily dressed for a night out and everything in between. It’s so welcoming.

Work (hopefully*) with them to maximize their independence. Losing it is really hard. *sometimes, it will be without them. Forcing my parents to get in home PT was hard, I felt like I was betraying/infantalizing them, but we now agree it was a great move.

I did that once. Probably will avoid doing both arms at once in the future. Flu shot tomorrow, Covid in a couple weeks, may see if I can sneak rsv in, too.
