screenshots never seem to work great on any distro I've used over the years. Makes me realize how much I take it for granted when using windows

It's really boring. Like, shockingly boring. Infested tank and chopper are good for some laughs, but, there's not much going on over all. Okay, and maybe this line.

You can however beat dante's campaign in like 3-4 hours on normal.

There's a lot of neat backgrounds in this one.

I haven't played either, but the general impression I've heard is, it's okay. It streamlines the original, for better or worse. Some people think it's lacking a bit of the soul of the original.

There is a demo iirc

And I think you can apply the existing translation logic to like...maybe through the super nintendo/mega drive. Most of those have been done now. But PS1 onwards, there's absolutely massive gaps.

My brain does this for all kinds of things. I genuinely have to stop and remind myself that my weird logic in things doesn't apply to most people. I forget all the time.

(Also I would know these games better if I could focus for 2 seconds and finish learning Japanese).

It kinda hooked me, might be picking up the full game this week.

Not sure where the game's difficulty balance lies. I imagine the demo is overall easier than the full game, but I bounced off Nioh 1 pretty hard years ago from how hard it was. Never tried 2, and haven't really played any souls adjacent games like this since Elden Ring. But so far it feels good
