Sometimes I feel reckless with recipes. I look at it and then change a bunch of things like, it’ll all be fine. And you know what? It is fine. Almost always. Flour, water, yeast, sourdough - all pretty resilient to my foolishness.

Really hard to find hope in humanity when so many are so openly cruel yet they are cheered on for it. The devil's work of dehumanizing our fellow humans to normalize mass death and suffering has been wildly successful.
The world we inhabit today is one that is intolerable for those with empathy.
