This means that 700,000 Wisconsinites, including 260,000 children, have access to their benefits this morning.

Thank you @govevers.wisconsin.gov and Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul for your leadership to hold the Trump Administration accountable.
GREAT NEWS: the Trump Administration has been ordered to do the right thing and fund November FoodShare payments in FULL.

And, tonight, my administration worked as quickly as possible to get payments out for the nearly 700,000 Wisconsinites who depend on them ASAP.

BREAKING: According to new data from the Wisconsin OCI, if Republicans fail to extend enhanced Affordable Care Act tax credits, Wisconsinites are going to pay hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands more dollars a year for their healthcare coverage.

Due to a backdoor abortion ban in the “Big Ugly Bill” that prevents Medicaid dollars going to family planning and other health services, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin will pause abortion care in our state.

Good jobs, fair wages, and safe workplaces help Wisconsin’s economy grow.

Just last week, Legislative Democrats introduced four bills, which I support and co-sponsored, that would take positive steps to increase economic opportunities for Wisconsinites.

Earth day was founded by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson of Wisconsin when he called for a "national teach-in on the crisis of the environment" in 1972. Over 50 years later, we carry on the spirit of this stewardship mission.
