I don't think you can blame him for tonight, although getting a few of those kicks would have helped. The good part of his game is he adds a bit of structure so Williams can go wandering which got us a couple of tires.

A bit of a fightback there but not enough and it's 28-16 at the end. Thinking about it we usually play badly against FC it's just that they usually play worse.

Wakefield are a great example of new owners turning things around so it's certainly possible. Sadly I suspect things behind the scenes are worse for Salford and I don't see these new owners making the same kind of difference. Do hope I'm wrong though.

I also think that the IMG grading could help Salford here. Relegation could be the end of the club, but if they take this year to focus on finances their score might even go up even if they finish dead last, which is looking more and more inevitable in any scenario. #rugbyleague
