The moon and all this snow has it looking like daytime out here at midnight. It’s cold out but it’s also very beautiful, don’t get too many nights like this. The 2nd pic is a Glacier swooping down the valley to a frozen lake.

It’s a very small town in the mountains and we could normally see tons of stars at night but it seemed as if though the moon was just outshining just about everything. Thanks

In February 2021 I took a photo of the lovely spiral galaxy NGC 1566 from my backyard.
Then I went back and photographed it again December, later that year.
I didn’t realise this but someone mentioned that there was a supernova (SN 2021aefx) in my photos!
It’s that new bright star! ⭐️ 💥
