I’m entering my bread era and got Paul Hollywood’s “Bake” and he says “Most people’s homes are around 70°F…” and OMG is that true? My wife stares daggers if the thermostat creeps over 63. I’d be fine around 65, but 70 is when we start breaking out the frozen neck rings and walking around topless.
