The Conservatives' Chris Philp has asked an Urgent Question on rape gangs.
NPCC data indicates that 85% of child rape gang suspects are white. 3.9% of suspects are of Pakistani-origin.
Philp's statement only mentioned crimes committed by "Pakistani", "Muslim" and "illegal immigrant" men.
