I now see why the X11 crowd is hesitant to jump on the Wayland train.. I can't seem to do something so basic as assign a hotkey to a bash executable! I mean.. I'm not doing poweruser shit here. I checked permissions, I ran the script just fine in command. But KDE can't seem to run it using a hotkey

I'm insane in that I'm going to spend hours trying to setup a virtual machine that runs almost like its on bare metal just so I can play this Mortal Kombat mugen that looks super freakin dope. It doesn't work on linux (unlike several other Mugen games).. I should just dual boot but I'm lazy.

Why does it feel like I always come across some issue with Linux that seemingly no one on the Internet has a solution to? For instance, installing a program with yay, it will ask how many packages I want to install. No tutorial tutorial tells you about this.. once, it just asks 1, 2 or (1-4).

Considering calling my work and pranking them saying I can't come in. It's funny because they will absolutely shit their pants cause I'm a pretty good employee and my presence not there will be felt. Nah.. they'd be alright but srsly 12 hr shift at busy asf restaurant today ughhh I hope you're good!
