It's impressive how well corporations are reading the moment! For all of the "no, no, it's about *merit*, we're against racism" that conservatives are saying out of one side of their mouths, the NFL certainly has no problem reading between the lines.

They said the same thing about “working together” vs. “potentially disrupting patient care” when the residents and fellows unionized. Two years on, the residents and fellows are providing *exceptional* patient care, and MGB is failing to “work together” with us in our contract negotiation.

2024 distance goal! I think since I started tracking my running, I’ve aimed for 500 miles each year, which I’ve never met. Thanks to consuming less junk food and beer, following a training plan, & having good encouragement from friends like @corncob.bsky.social and @harrisonk.bsky.social.

Grubhub always sends delivery guys to the wrong side of the hospital, so I ended up coordinating a mid-street, moving traffic handoff for my intern’s and my lunch. This was the confirmation photo the driver took.

What a fun race! The Boston Half course is always a little spicy with the hills in the last 3-4 miles. Really proud of my effort here and how I’ve been able to maintain a good training regimen during this year of residency.
