Lancer Tactics is going to be so annoying to speedrun. The d20 system has so much variance — things can break very bad or very good due to just RNG. The best strats'll revolve around (as in BG3) ways to get around having to roll dice at all.

It was so freaking cool to play the games at @qgcon.bsky.social this year. It was the first showcase I've attended since lockdown and was such a breath of fresh air to be in the same room as SO MANY brilliant queer people, all making the sickest games you've ever seen.
