Yeah. I’ve accepted I’ll always be a night owl (despite the toll it takes on my mornings).
I was interested in some retained mode UI options for native platforms like C++. Flutter seems like a solid option if you need to go cross platform and can sacrifice some perf to the Dart VM.
Really makes me appreciate Tauri tho. Nothing faster than writing desktop and web apps using React.

The VSCode plugin for inspecting Widget properties really reminded me of Storybook - but cool to see it integrated into the IDE. It's a great tool for learning component API, particularly the essential primitives.

I will say though I'm still not a huge fan of the Widget syntax. It's hard to hate, because it's just like a RN or Vue component but a bit smushed -- but there's something about the way they structure their components that make it harder to grok.
