i continue to tweak c+ scalings that's only noticeable by me unless i do a before and after. honestly soonshin got more changes today but haena's build was already close to what i have in mind. i also scaled a bit over how much i usually scale to just to see how i feel about it.

Haena - rose tteokbokki with lots of toppings and spicy
Chandal - pat bingsu, nice and cold that's sweeter than you expect
Bari - songpyeon, colorful and bite-sized, traditional korean treat
Soonshin - jajangmyeon, deep and savory + great example of cultural culinary exchange

i tried to move his face scar onto the actual diffuse instead of just using a face decal. i also messed with the normals but honestly i still don't really know how normals work. since most of the scar is conveyed through the diffuse anyways, its finee (cope)

a personal favorite kimchi is cucumber kimchi (oi kimchi). we usually eat it in the summer and honestly you can just eat it like a deli pickle. i think the best way to expand your kimchi palatte is to actually try different kinds of korean resturants and not just kbbq or korean fried chicken

samgyeopsal is usually eaten with thinly sliced radish kimchi to use for wraps, the white radish kimchi's brine/broth is even drank as a soup or base for cold noodles, and jajangmyeon and other sino-korean fusion is eaten with korean-styled japanese yellow takuan-zuke (we call it danmuji)

theres a lot of different kinds of kimchi and each one pairs differently with food! i think a really common kimchi that isnt the normal cabbage is radish kimchi. the most popular kind is kkakdugi which is fresh and a bit spicy. but its also commonly eaten lightly pickled.

realizing i could do this much with gpose really encouraged me to develop my lore and also share it with other ppl. now, i think i've improved generally as a gposer but the colors, the compositions, the kinds of stories i wanted to tell all were solidified over this ~month long period

okay so im gonna cheat and spotlight a few. i started gposing outside of vanilla back in september 2024 but in june/july 2025 is when i really felt like i was doing something beyond just playing around with the tools and actually making my characters come to life.

i ended up getting distracted from organizing my mods and fiddled with haena's c+ more. ended up widening her torso some more. i think it looks better
